Covenants onlineYou can download copies of the HOA Covenants, many new residents did not receive a copy of the covenants when they moved in. Click here for links to download the files. Hard copies can be provided on request.
Online CalendarAn online calendar has been added to the website. Please use this to schedule recreation facilities (Tennis Courts, Pool, etc) and social events. Also, check the calendar for important information regarding local events and development issues
Local WeatherCheck the Local Information page for the latest weather conditions and forecast. Also, when severe weather is around, keep track of storms with the Local Weather Radar page which has radar images from multiple sources to give you the best information available.
About this web siteThe objective of this web site is to provide a focal point for residents of the subdivision with news, information and a discussion forum. The development of the subdivision has reached the point where control of the Homeowners Association has been passed from Kaiser Communities to the residents of The Hamlet at Rock Springs. This web site is intended to keep all residents informed about this transition and encourage discussion on the future of the subdivision.
