supervision or an adult (21years old) designated by the homeowner. |
| Health department regulations require Swimmies to be worn in the
pool - disposable diapers are not acceptable. |
| No animals or pets are allowed within the pool gated area. |
| Bikes and roller blades are not allowed inside the gated area. |
| Diving is not allowed. |
| The last homeowner leaving the pool area is responsible for ensuring that
all gates are securely locked (padlocks and chains) and the restroom doors
are closed. |
